The doctor was kind, professional, and thorough during the appointment itself. However, he arrived more than 30 minutes late and explained he had been in a meeting, which suggested a disconnect between his scheduling team and his clinical calendar. What should have been a straightforward X-ray and brief consultation, about 15 minutes, ultimately took over an hour of my workday.
