We met Allyson in early February and were positively impressed by her knowledge and competence. We found the home that we loved quickly and bought it in March. Since it is a new construction, Allyson was very helpful in spotting issues that required attention prior to settlement. Allyson is punctional and responsive. We never had to wait for her. We are listing our current house with her agency as soon as we have moved. We are confident that her guidance will serve us well.
Was recommended Michelle through an old out of state family friend also in realty. Michelle was amazing to work with making sure we were getting everything we asked for in our new home. She was very punctual in answering any questions we had and if she wasn’t sure she knew who to get in touch with to figure it out very quickly. We worked with Jason Hoenen on the purchase of a beach home in Sussex County. Although we initially preferred Lewes, Jason found a home for us in Rehoboth Beach that was larger (SF & bedrooms) and nicer than what we thought we could get. Ms. Dee Sinclair is a wonderful agent to have. Always professional and whenever we have a question, she will always explain to us as clear as possible.
