I have been seeing Dr. O'Donovan for several years. He is and always has been very professional and competent. He takes his time with his patients and explains everything he is doing or going to do or what needs to be done completely. It's always a pleasure to see him...if one has to go to the doctors, they may as well go to one they trust..and I do. I highly recommend him.
Dr O’Donovan took very little interest in our 13yr old who broke his arm and tried very little to reduce it. His bad idea was to take him to surgery. We took him to Union and another doctor properly reduced it and thought surgery was a crazy idea. I would never recommend O’Donovan especially with kids.
Very knowledgeable and straight forward. I was under his care for Osteoarthritis in my hip. After 2 years of nonsurgical treatments I had a hip replacement in November, 2017. Surgery was very successful with full recover after 6 weeks. Full range of motion and no pain in the hip for the first time in 2 years. I highly recommend Dr. Klepper and the Chesapeake Orthopedic group.
After searching Google for a doctor to help with the pain in my hand and being turned down by three other hand doctors stating they could not help me, I finally found Dr. Terence O'Donovan's office. They happily scheduled an appointment for me and I had my appointment two weeks after I contacted their office on April 3rd 2017. Thanks to Dr O'Donovan and his staff, my wrist which was very badly broken and dislocated is perfectly functional. We had concern that i would not get full range of motion back but after surgery & intensive physical therapy, my wrist is great. He always gave the time I needed, carefully explained everything, and was very professional, competent, and attentive. He didn't just order PT, he guided it closely. Arundel Mills staff was great. Dr O & team totally earned my trust and gratitude.
Dr. ODonovan is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor that I would highly recommend. Both my husband and I see him for any orthopedic ailments and injuries.
He was very thorough, knowledgeable and took his time talking to me. I would definitely recommend him to others.
