You guys need to give Jesse a raise! We've been using you guys since we moved here in 2020 and have always been happy but today Jesse went above and beyond. We had a issue with some sugar ants and he came to service the house but ended up sweeping up some glass that was on the floor for me because I just had my hip replaced and I didn't even know there was glass on the floor. He didn't have to do that and I'm just absolutely touched at the empathy and kindness he showed.
I called Bryan's Pest Control to see if they could help us. My parents returned to Florida to find their yard had been invaded by ants. Days later, my dad was admitted into the hospital, then placed into hospice care where we took care of him at home around the clock. On top of all that we were already doing, I needed to get the yard tended to; the dogs were being bit and it was adding stress where my mom didn't need it. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Customer service was top-notch and they were so easy to use. Additionally, my daughter ended up being locked out of our house and the pest control technician who happened to be there that day, stayed with her, even after his work was done until my boyfriend was able to come open the door for her. I couldn’t have been more appreciative.
The staff at Bryan are always wonderful, helpful and kind, as well as knowledgeable. Whether the front desk or the guys coming out to spray, it has been a great experience. No more bugs, or if they start showing up it just takes a quick call to get someone out in a timely manner.
