I am extremely frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from this office regarding my father’s rapidly declining cognitive condition. Over the past several months I have contacted the office multiple times and provided examples of serious cognitive decline and unsafe behavior. Was set to see the doctor scheduled 2 months out because that’s how long it takes to get in with him then told less then a week sorry we have to reschedule due to an error, they said they will Have to move it out until July. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to come out and talk to me and not one person tried to help they had the I don’t care attitude. This is not the first time I have had an issue with Banner. I will be seeking providers not with Banner. I suggest you do the same

Never called me back to get results from tests. Very poor follow up. Let me feel abandoned 👎👎👎👎👎
I went to see my PCP, Dr. Bryan Mahoney, for my yearly wellness visit in March. My insurance covers the wellness visit 100%. A few weeks later, I received a bill from Banner for an additional office visit because I discussed other issues during our visit. Dr. Mahoney sent in a diagnoses code that wasn't covered under my insurance and according to Dr. Mahoney's office notes, we never discussed during my visit.
