Bryan P. Murphy is an extremely ignorant lawyer. I received a half cocked demand letter from him on behalf of one of his clients, also one of my tenants. His attempt with this letter was to scare me into releasing property of his client, but the result was I laughed hysterically and his client ended up paying me TEN TIMES what they were asking from me. The letter could not have been more unprofessional and incorrect. He quoted laws that do not exist, made demands he has no right to make, and empty threats that wouldn't scare... read more
