Very pleased with our recent experience. My daughter had her tonsils removed and he was extremely professional yet compassionate and made us feel comfortable with the whole process. He is great with children.

I had a doctors visit today with Dr. Newbrough because I was having trouble hearing in my right ear and also because I had a trach infection due to my having a trach in my neck. He checked my right ear first and got a wad of wax out then did the next and it had double the amount that he got out of my right ear. He did this also without causing pain to my ears. Refused to reorder some meds, after he informed me, I don’t do that I’m a surgeon (even though all meds had been ordered for over 2 years). On mychart, it does not say “only ENT sugeon”. Reported I was there for f/u, he briefly looked in my mouth & felt of my neck, what kind of ENT dr doesn’t bother to examine ears (which is the primary problem). Very disappointed as my prior dr has moved, & changed my life with her care.
