Didn't seem to b interested at seeing me. I asked a question & he eagerly answered. I tried to ask another question & quickly answered with same answer. And rushed out the room. I heard him with other patients & he was guving them his time. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by him.
Dr Newbrough is excellent. I walked into his office not knowing what to expect because I have a nodule on my thyroid and he explained everything very clearly and went over my options and was so friendly and thorough, I could not have asked for a better provider. He listened to my concerns and I could tell that he genuinely cared. I am looking forward to working with him going forward!
He did my parotidectomy yesterday, and I do not have any facial nerve injury today. He was exceptionally patient with me about my concerns. I am happy that he did my surgery.
