Roads, roads, roads, roads need fixed!!!! Not "patched!" Landlord doesn't talk to you. I've been living in here since 2006 and since the previous landlord and manager passed away within a year it's been a decline in being able to talk to management. The original manager that passed away it took one call and she'd be right down and straighten out any situation since then forget it. Anyone can do what they want or not.
