Dr. Clay is so nice and really seemed to listen and care over my struggle with vertigo. He suggested several things for me to try when I have vertigo. His bedside manner is great.I will definitely be using only him as ear,nose, throat physican.
Dr. Clay is the best! Been taking my son to him for over 10 years. Always thorough and takes the time to explain everything!
Dr. Clay has very poor bedside manner. He was impatient when my 4 year old was scared and slammed his tools down when she didn’t calm down quick enough for him. He commented that she was scaring other patients because she was crying. This is not how you handle young children in a medical setting. We do not recommend him.
I absolutely love Dr. Bryan Clay and his nurse Cindy because they are a great duo and I will recommend my friends and family to Dr. Clay for their ear, nose, and throat issues.

I love Dr. Clay. Couldn't care less for the front office staff. They are hoity, borderline rude and require the same lengthy paperwork way too frequently. Much more than any other provider's office.
We've been taking my 3 yr old to see him, and she loves him. He doesn't mind taking the time to answer questions, and really seems to care. Plus, his nurse always remembers our name and talks to my daughter like she's a person. I would highly recommend him.
