(I removed a star, I was being too nice by giving 2 stars) The doctor moved like he drank 6 Red Bull energy drinks, when i suggested he slowed down and not rushed things he said “even if i go slow its still going to hurt” and then proceeded to jam the numbing needle in the top of my ear so deep down i heard it scraping the bone…. I would strongly caution others against choosing Bryan Leatherman as a provider, particularly when seeking care for their child. Our experience was deeply concerning and left us feeling dismissed, unheard, and ultimately unable to trust the care being provided. Throughout our appointment, he repeatedly interrupted me in a way that was undeniable and completely unexpected.
