Dr. Reuss was an excellent doctor for my broken leg. And the office staff and PA are also great!
While the check-in process was efficient, and the follow up interaction with the physician and staff was good, having to wait >30 minutes in an austere exam room while wearing a full-length leg brace was most inconsiderate of my time and comfort. Needs improvement.
Helpful and supportive (and patient), providing options (short and long term) for my hip issues. He worked wonders on my left hip. Now for the right one. His team were prompt, professional and kind. Highly recommend.
Dr. Reuss and Ms. Lola explained everything clearly and made me feel confident about my treatment plan, was incredibly kind and attentive. I’ve never felt more comfortable discussing my health concerns. Highly recommend! Thank you so much to Orlando Orthopedic Staff/ Downtown location.
