I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction and concern regarding the unprofessional, disrespectful, and unethical behavior I experienced from Dr. Reuss during my recent appointment. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy even though I provided tbe updated pharmacy info during my visit and via email.
Dr. Reuss shared all the possible options and listened to my concerns as i work to make a decision about my care.
All staff were very friendly service was very prompt and every staff member I encountered was friendly. And I really appreciated that because it don’t always happen.
