He is warm and reassuring and explains things very well. Four friends have had him do their knees and all are greatly pleased.
This place has it all. It's a high end, efficient, clean environment. But they are also nice, genuinely caring and committed to getting things right. It makes for a fantastic experience for all their patients. Dr. Kaiser is amazing and excellent at what he does!

Dr Kaiser has reputation of being an excellent knee replacement surgeon, many of my friends have used him. He is quite pleasant and explains all aspects of your concerns.
Honestly I loved it here everyone was really nice, everyone was dressed professional, everyone had a smile and treated me with respect. It was my first time here drove from Pharr Tx to San Antonio. Dr Kaiser was great and so was his PA. The place is also really nice. I gave 4 stars because when I would call I could never actually talk to a person. I had some questions and was just transferred to more options. So I had to make the appointment online. After appointment I still loved the service.
