I contacted Dr. Kaiser's office. They have a service for appointments. I pressed the number, then I was asked if I needed to talk to his office staff, and I pressed that number. A little girl who has no communication skills asked me what doctor I was looking for, then asked what office. It was one annoyance after another. If it takes 6 minutes to get the physician you are calling for, it is not worth the visit! Medicine is a cattle call now and not what it used to be.
Dr kaiser and staff were wonderful with my hip replacement surgery. Only a few months past my surgery and already doing better than i was before.
Dr. Kaiser replaced my full knee 7 years ago and he did excellent work . I just went back for his look see. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a knee replacement.
Everyone in the building was very friendly and helpful. I had an appointment with the P.A. but after he reviewed my xrays and MRI he found it necessary to get Dr.Kaiser to come in to see me. P.A. was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr came in and after further examination it was decided I definitely need surgery. Very happy with my choice to drive 4 hours one way to see him.
I appreciate Dr. Brian’s overall care. Always, has time to answer questions and concerns. Discusses alternatives, makes recommendations etc. I just pray he doesn’t retire anytime soon.
