Was scheduled for appointment had to wait 3 months. Asked to be put on wait list for any cancellations within in two days of scheduled appointment, NEVER was contacted. Received a call about a month before my appointment to let me know it was cancelled and rescheduled. Unfortunately I have NO other choice because of MIHS. I was referred by my primary because I was diagnosed with diabetes and she was concerned about me possibly having to have an amputation.
