Dr Bryan To is truly wonderful. I have been under his care since I moved back to California from Dallas. His vast knowledge in medicine is unparalleled. Ive had a terrible experience in the past with another primary in Dallas, so Dr To is a godsent to me. I always appreciate his time in his busy schedule to meet via telehealth even when I'm not always available to go to my appts.
