The office is perfect, doctors are great and the employees except one, her name is Rossi or Rosalba,I made a bad review a few months ago about an employee at the Dr office at Mt Sinai office, in the referral's department, her name is Rossi. The review was about how unfeciient she is doing her job, getting referrals and authorizations to see other doctors or surgeries.
