Dr. Ganim and the staff are so kind, professional, and accommodating! They've been so gentle with my fearful kiddo and have made her braces experience run very smoothly. She's even started to look forward to her appointments! The pricing is fair and the payment plan is a really great option! We tried other orthodontists prior to finding Ganim and they just weren't the right fit. So thankful we finally found Ganim! 10/10!
If I could give the office staff 5 stars and the back of the house 0 stars I would. While yes the front desk ladies were absolutely fantastic. 10/10 The doc I talked to and whatever lady prepared our cost summary were rude and degrading. Their cost total was a tad less then the office I ended up going to, but their down payment was bigger and when I was asking questions it seemed like the lady was just bothered to answer. This place saved me thousands on orthodontic care. The orthodontist is also really nice. Having access to a honest orthodontist, brings me a lot of peace of mind during my treatment. He is also pretty patient and will listen to your needs and concerns.
