I love Dr. Armstrong. He's one of the best Eye doctors that I've ever been to. My disappointment is in the optical lab order. I ordered a new pair glasses . When they came and in I did not realize that they had not ordered the anti-glare coating . They did not discuss with me what they were adding to my order to make my glasses I have to replace the lenses in order to get the antiglare coating on my glasses, maybe in the future, they could cover the options with their patients so they don't end up with glasses like I did. Very understanding, non judgemental. Is willing to take the time to educate you on your issues, without making you feel ignorant. When we found out that my insurance was not doing what it should be, he & his clinic were willing to work with me. Would recommend all day, every day.
