Any agent can tell you what you want to hear to get your listing. But it isn't the listing price that is most important, it's the selling price and that's where I feel Bryan really delivered. He creatively and using his many years of experience worked through some difficult aspects of our negotiation. Our buyer's agent even asked his advice on their negotiation with their buyer! He kept me informed every step of the way and his assistant Debbie was very organized and helpful also.

Like many of you looking for a realtor, you get a lot of advice from your friends on who to use. We knew exactly who we wanted. We wanted Bryan Fleming. I met Bryan years ago, and was impressed by how sincere and kind he was. Listing my home was a very personal and emotional experience, and I wanted someone who I could relate to. Bryan was very supportive, yet professional and very knowledgeable. He was extremely helpful in negotiating, he paid attention to detail, and was an extremely good communicator.
