One of their drivers hit my moms car & totaled it. Hiring people who can't drive or probably under the influence. They are very rude over the phone.
No showed after making appointment . Dropped the ball on permit after hired to perform load calculation and submit permit .. wife said he did .. now says it wasn’t a part of our contract although he had conferred with Reynolds air about submitting permit .. and he doesn’t like me for holding him accountable…
