Found the car I wanted on car ***** with the low miles I wanted and text these guys at Bryan Easler. They took care of me. I told them what price I needed the car to come down to and they got it there. Will definitely use them again.
((PLEASE READ, SAVE YOURSELF)). This company misrepresented, misinformed and discriminated against ** as women when purchasing a truck. We were informed we qualified for a $500 college rebate that all we needed to do was bring proof of enrollment. Upon pick-up of truck the requirement completely changed and we were informed a loan was required. Service Department Appointments what a joke. My appointment was for 2:45 just an oil change. I wasn't told until I arrived that it could take up to 1.5 to 2 hours.
On March 22, 2019, I provided a headlight ballast and two headlight bulbs that Bryan Easler Toyota employees stated would "not fit" in my vehicle. After waiting in their lounge for 5 hours, I was charged for the installation of a "new Toyota approved" headlight bulb. Customer **** ****** came into the service dept on 3/14/19 for Toyota air filter part #17801-21040 and Toyota cabin filter 87139-YZZ20 replacement. Those items were replaced. The customer returned to the service dept on 3/22/19 to have customer-supplied headlight bulbs and computer driver ballasts for the headlights. The technician attempted to install the customer-supplied items. This consisted of taking the front bumper and headlight assemblies out of the vehicle.
