Person answered the phone and said "hello". That's it. I had to ask if thus was business because I thought i dialed a wrong number and she said, "yes." So I asked what business and she finally told me. I decided that is a huge sign of unprofessional behavior and said so indicating if call someone else and hung up. First impressions matter people!
