My 89 yo mom, Mary Archer was fortunately referred to Dr. Bryan Blitstein for an incarcerated hernia. From the first visit, Dr. Blitstein and his staff treated my mom with special care and helped ease her worries about surgery and post surgery. Dr Blitstein was remarkable along with his entire staff. From the initial consultation to post surgery. I had to have a second hernia surgery due to another Dr, at another hospital not doing the procedure correctly. Dr Blitstein was able to get me right in and fix the problem. I had minimal post surgical pain even though the second surgery was more invasive due to first surgery being done incorrect. I can't recommend Dr Blistein high enough!
Dr. Blitzstein and his staff are absolutely amazing. Turned my health completely around. Surgery went amazing, I followed The instructions he gave and healing is going super fast highly recommend them.

I recently had a Hernia Surgery with Dr. Blitstein and Duke Health and have to admit it was absolutely Outstanding. From my first visit to discuss the procedure to the Post Op I could not have had a Better experience. Would highly recommend him and his staff for any on going procedures like this.
