Excellent service! We were able to sell our house after just a couple days and save a bunch on commission. Bryan and Myra answered all our questions (which were many as this was our first time selling a a house). No tricks or hidden fees. Great people with a great business. Highly recommend .
Recently sold our home with Bryan and Mayra and the process went so well! The fee structure was easy to understand and was a great value. Our home was listed quickly and the pictures looked great. Bryan was really helpful, honest, and attentive and answered all questions we had. When our home went under contract, Mayra kept everything very organized and ensured all deadlines were met. I would recommend Bryan to anyone who wants to sell a property. Bryan did an excellent job getting our house sold. We sold our house AFTER the “Housing Boom”. Interest rates were going up and the number of prospective buyers was going down. Never the less Bryan found us a buyer in less than 48hrs after putting the house on the market.
