I messed up my back bending and twisting while lifting repeatedly. Didn't know that it could hurt like that. I was in incredible pain. Took 6 months of therapy with Dr. Kestler. I would say that I'm most impressed with how professional the whole thing is. He took x-rays, then he took his time explaining to me what happened and why and how to fix it. Sitting properly, lifting properly, etc.
Needs updating - with training and technology.
