Horrible experience! Bryan is not trustworthy. I hired him and paid a deposit for videography services, which was a gift for my niece’s wedding. He had questions about timeline, so I put him in touch with the bride and groom to complete his questionnaire. He then started dealing with only the groom and sent him the contract and sent both of us an invoice while leaving me completely in the dark about adding an extra hour of time, requested by the groom (which I wanted to pay for since this was a gift!).
