I have had the misfortune of dealing with "Brandon Brooks" on a home transaction. This guy has taken a simple home sale and made it so complicated everything has turned in to a law suit. His arrogance & misleading information, trying to badger & bully himself into a home before closing & as a buyer acting as though he deserved special treatment in buying a home.
