Whoever’s responsible for details in his office likes to drop the ball. Dr. Lucenta is brilliant, but his staff sucks. Took me a month to get in after my heart attack and then they didn’t bother to tell me that they canceled my appointment. They also dropped the ball on my heart monitor. Haven’t seen it yet. Thank you Doctor for the life-saving treatment, you seem like you really care but your staff sure doesn’t. I hate being lied to. The lady said she tried to call lol how about no. You had a month!
If your ticker ain't tockin then you ain't walkin! Dr. Lucenta is who you want for your cardiologist. He is a very nice guy, but more importantly he doesn't give you a bunch of hooey. You get it straight in a manner you can understand. That's what you want when it's your heart. You want the best period!
Dr. Lucenta is awesone, knowledgeable and professional with a great bedside manner. He performed two surgeries on my husband in 48 hours and is an amazing surgeon who takes the time to explain everything not only to the parient but also to the family. I would highly recommend Dr. Lucenta to anyone needing a cardiologist.
