I’ve owned my Bruvi coffee maker for about three years and have been extremely happy with it. The machine is well made and consistently produces excellent, high-quality coffee. Love my Bruvi coffee maker. Coffee tastes great and the app works great for brewing from your phone.
My Bruvi, which I've only had for just under two years, recently started malfunctioning, possibly after a recent power surge. Within minutes after giving specific details of the issues to the customer service team, I received an email confirming the shipment of a free replacement. It's possible mine was still under warranty, but it made my day nonetheless! Also, if you ever need to replace yours, make sure to check with your local Staples to see if they can recycle your old one for you.
