Scam company. They'll sell you a tooth brush but won't ever send you a tooth brush head. Refills out of stock for two years yet people can still buy the kits as of today. DO NOT BUY YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH A USELESS TOOTHBRUSH. They do not answer any emails or phone calls. They will leave you in the dust.
They are unable to support their own product and can not produce replacement heads for their line of toothbrushes for over a year.
Do not waste your time and money with this brand! During the Pandemic, the company said they were experiencing issues and it took months to get my head refills. Now, the company won’t respond to my inquiries as to why my 6-month replenishment program hasn't been refilled all this year (9mths) and the shipping date online keeps getting bumped without any communication to their customers. My 2 toothbrushs are useless now and we'll be switching brands.
