I like the library. They are a great community asset. #1. We (Plant City Area Democrat Club) meet there on the 4th Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. All interested in getting involved or attending as a guest to see what it is about, please know that you are welcome. #2. They have great support and are very helpful when using their computers or when you need printing done.
This is where I learned to 'read for my own pleasure'... Of course it helped that the Air Conditioning in the then-new Plant City Public Library was a pleasant 65 to 70 degrees when the outside temperatures were 100+ degrees! The Library cool and comfortable and it was there that I discovered the Science Fiction Section...
