I really dislike bashing people or Businesses, HOWEVER when a business treats their customers SO poorly it should be known to others. We dropped off a horse trailer at Bruton Trailers with minor damage to be fixed on August 5th. I spoke with Ernie and was told the trailer would be repaired by Friday August 14th and then it would take a little longer to paint it and payment was due before the trailer could be picked up.
