I'm not sure my words will be able to truly do Brutal Pie justice, but given my addiction to their pizza, I should write a review. They are the best pizzas in town, bar none. The sourdough crust is crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside. The quality of the ingredients are not run of the mill and the seasonings are wonderfully flavorful. I can’t have dairy and they were able to accommodate with lots of options. The pizza was SO GOOD! So sad we were only traveling through town and can’t have it regularly. Delish!
This is without question the best pizza in the Grand Valley. The sourdough crust is untouchable, no matter what your preferred toppings. I like the Sicilian square pies for a thicker slice, but hand tossed is great too.
One of the best pizzas I have had anywhere! Grand Junction has a lot of choices for pizza. My wife and I have tried all of the most well known places in the valley and had always missed this one. I was honestly skeptical about food truck pizza. The sour dough pizza that these folks make is now in my top 3 for the valley. Crispy and flavorful are the ways I would describe this which is surprising for a bready pizza. I also like the pepper packs that they had. That was a small bonus touch.
