Great service and Always a hard time to pick from all the amazing flavors
I just had horrible customer experience at this location. When they handed us our kids icecream the flavor was wrong. They made a mistake and then said that we would have to pay for the correct flavor. They said they couldn't take the ice cream back they just handed us through the window. We said we wanted our money back which the shift supervisor did give us our money back and then proceeded to take and throw away the wrong flavor. My husband very specifically wanted a mint chocolate chip ice cream cake for his birthday and I found out the day before picking it up that another place had accidentally forgot the mint part and it was “too late to make another.” Frantic, I called Bruster’s and they were SO CLUTCH!! Got me exactly what I needed super last second and I’m so grateful! Also, it was totally delicious. As you can see, I didn’t even get a chance to snap a pic before it was half gone.
Still a great place for ice cream and yummy frozen delights
