Ordered online, which prints a receipt in the store so they can read the order and make the order… We picked it up and took it home to discover that three out of the five ice creams were either the wrong size or wrong toppings. Disappointing
Brusters has one poor girl working the store all by herself. Drive through, walk up and pick up. Waiting 30+ minutes for ice cream is not cool.
I have never left a poor review or any type of review at all on anything but there were 3 minors working without any manager and I had a poor experience. Terrible ice cream terrible everything

My FAVORITE ice cream spot in the area!!! Whether it’s me and my family or just me and my daughter, we ALWAYS look forward to coming here! Such a large variety of different delicious ice creams. The staff is always friendly. Not to mention, the drive thru is always so convenient especially when I have tired babies in the car that just want a scoop.
