I recently visited Bruster’s Ice Cream – Valrico, FL and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in (or drove up), I was greeted by friendly staff who were enthusiastic and helpful. The store has a warm, welcoming vibe and spotlessly clean facilities. Today I had the Apple Pie flavor, yum! They always have the best ice cream.
Ordered online, which prints a receipt in the store so they can read the order and make the order… We picked it up and took it home to discover that three out of the five ice creams were either the wrong size or wrong toppings. Disappointing
Brusters has one poor girl working the store all by herself. Drive through, walk up and pick up. Waiting 30+ minutes for ice cream is not cool.
I have never left a poor review or any type of review at all on anything but there were 3 minors working without any manager and I had a poor experience. Terrible ice cream terrible everything
