They were out of rocky road. Terrible service, and took forever. Stale waffle cone and I ordered chocolate since out of rocky road with marshmallows and almonds in between scoops and I was handed almonds in a cup I’ll go to the one in Frisco.
My four year-old son had to use the bathroom and “per policy” they wouldn’t let him in. Do better
Came out to Brusters ice cream today was AMAZED by the customer service and professionalism Amir made the visit very enjoyable and made sure to make the whole experience interactive , will forsure be regular customers because of this!!!!
