Not a good first experience. It seems like a place where a bunch of teens with no customer service work.The things that I was interested in based on the pictures on the store they didn't even have. I recieved my order with a hair on the spoon and when I took back to the dude at the window he takes the spoon out and gives me a new one... I told him I wanted new ice cream OF COURSE and he was like oh... I wasn't feeling this place at all and on top of that the ice cream was overpriced of course.
Employees have crappy attitudes.
So fun to go to an old favorite. We had Brusters in Ohio, one of the first stores in Hilliard Ohio. This one did NOT disappoint! Great service, fun outdoor seating, lots of parents and kids, and AMAZING ice cream of course!
