This place beats out salt and straw for value and flavor mixes. 3 flavors and a waffle cone for under $9 dollars feels like an absolute steal in this economy. Seating is incredibly limited to a few benches along the sidewalk and if you want to be THAT person you can awkwardly steal the pizza business' tables. Don't forget to ask to sample your top mixes because you'll regret only getting 1 scoop.
