The service is HORRIBLE!! Those teenagers that work at this location are very rude and have no respect for the customers. This was the Cascade Rd location.
Customer service 101-Acknowledge or greet the customer waiting in line, so they’ll know that it’s their turn to order!
The young people at this location are very pleasant. I always enjoy my experience when I shop at this location. And their strawberry cheesecake is better than other locations I have visited.
Took my niece and nephew out for ice cream here on a sunny Sunday. This is walk up only. No seat down. No bench’s. I’m located with shopping plaza. Great options for different flavors of ice and cones and sundae’s.
