I have been coming to this location for sooooo long and I have never experienced anything like this. I get my ice cream an decide to eat it in the car because it is so cold outside. I’m eating my ice cream and I notice I’m eating paper. I immediately get out the car to ask the employee why was there paper in my ice cream. I stood at the window for 4 minutes listening to the blasting of rich kids in the back on their location patiently waiting on her to come back to the window. The service is HORRIBLE!! Those teenagers that work at this location are very rude and have no respect for the customers. This was the Cascade Rd location.
