Good place, our standard goto place for evening desert. Note to management, you need to train people to make sure service is consistent. We noticed people serve different quantity of ice cream, this is not usual but noticed few times.
I visited this ice cream shop twice. During my first visit, I ordered a waffle cone, and it was very good. However, before I even received my order, the employee asked me for a tip, which I found inappropriate. I don't mind tipping when I receive outstanding customer service, but I don't think customers should be asked to tip before any service has been provided. Okay so the wait was long, but well worth it! We ordered 2 thick chocolate milkshakes, most places put too much milk in and makes it more like a chocolate milk than a milkshake. Not Bruster's! They got it perfectly done, nice and thick. Thanks for listening and caring about the customers orders!
