I had a very disappointing experience today at the Bruster’s in Ashburn. The employee taking our order couldn’t hear my husband, so he spoke a little louder. The supervisor suddenly accused us of yelling at her “teenage employee” told us to leave, and shut the window in my face. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. This was extremely rude and unprofessional so disrespectful!!! This ruined our Friday night with our kids!!
