Had an awful experience after being a loyal customer for 3 years - I’m not coming back. The staff at this ashburn location were extremely rude, disorganized, and literally slammed the window in me and my boyfriends face. For context, after waiting for 10 minutes and seeing 4 groups get their orders before ours (including people who hadn’t even finished paying) we went to ask where our order was and they said they didn’t have it - and then realized they had just misplaced it. AUTISTIC PEOPLE NOT WELCOME AT BRUSTER’S Horrible customer service. I will never return. Condescending tone, rude attitude, huge insensitivity to autistic community. I left and cried because of this altercation. All for some ice cream? Not worth it. That teenager should be fired for being awful.
They discontinued sugar cones! Booooo!
