Ice cream is way too sloppy and oversized. They apparently don't want to give anyone napkins either because they make you go back and ask for them. Order a kids size. The small waffle cone is a massive tower of ice cream that should only be placed in a bowl.
I am beyond excited that there is a brusters in Columbia! This ice cream stand was a childhood favorite growing up. I hate to complain as the store and staff are new and in training. However, they need to double check the orders. On 8/13 around 9pm I ordered a banana split classic with no cherry. Will not be going back!! Ordered a hot fudge sundae. What I got was a hot fudge brownie sundae (which costs more). I told the girl it was not what I ordered. She said that was their hot fudge sundae. I then pointed out that on their menu both were listed. Since she wanted to argue I just said I would keep it and went back to my truck. Do not EVER order via door dash or uber eats just drive and get what you want. I literally ordered a large which is 3 scoops of ice cream and these people sent me toppings in a bag with no ice cream to be found. It’s a waste of time just hop in your car and go to the drive thru otherwise they are going to play in your face!!!! PISSED!
