Tried to order via DoorDash for ice cream for my wife and myself. Order was cancelled with no additional information. When I called to see what the reason might be, I was told it was because "their store was very busy right now". I clarified that if I came up there myself I could pick up an order I placed over the phone. HOW IS THIS ANY DIFFERENT? Terrible customer service experience today. Be better
