Let’s start with no one wears gloves. One associate is rubbing Vaseline on their lips while working with someone’s food! The person making my order literally just disappears, so someone else comes to ask me what I was waiting on and assist me. She had the audacity to come back from the back with a new hairstyle. Touching her hair takes the cone from him to give to me. This place is disgusting. 🤢 If anyone from the management team reads this is was today 7/3/25 at 4:40
I have to say the employees of this location are super polite, thoughtful and respectful. It's always clean. The owner one time put the umbrella up for me my 3 yo and 8 mo old. Very nice. My issue is the last time I went I got ice cream for my daughter which is always on point. I dont get any ice cream but I brought my wife one home she ordered vanilla strawberry waffle cup and put in a plastic cup. Awesome. The Ice cream was flavorless. It wasn't really good we wound up throwing it out. Did they change the recipes?
