Loved the coconut and pineapple ice cream the best
Always good ice cream but typically under staffed.
I came in on Tuesday (9/2) and was helped by a young woman who was polite enough, but my overall experience this time wasn’t great. I ended up finding a hair in my ice cream. I can’t say for sure it was hers, but it was long and dark like her hair, and she wasn’t wearing a hat or anything. Every other time I’ve been to any Bruster’s, employees have worn hats, so I wasn’t sure if this was a new policy or just a one time thing since it seemed liked she was the only one working.
