Such an amazing Bruster’s! Ice cream was great as always, but I’m mostly writing this review because the girl who was working today (super pretty, blonde hair) gave me a compliment and really made my day. :) She was so sweet and kind. 10/10 experience at this Bruster’s, would definitely recommend!
Today is customer appreciation night, and not only was I overcharged for two of my cups of ice cream which should have been $3 each, but when I realized it after getting home, I called the store and they long lady told me I should have told her I was coming for customer appreciation night which is NOT how that works! If a customer orders a small cup of ice cream it should automatically be charged $3, let’s just start there.
