I love going to Bruster's! They have the best tasting ice cream, and flavors!

I ordered a Mother’s Day cake from Brewster and I was not disappointed. My wife loved it. It’s a different style to carvel but definitely worth the change of pace.
Beware The “customer service” here leaves A LOT to be desired even when it isn’t 100 degrees. I made a simple, common request that was met with unwarranted confusion and an attempt to overcharge.
The ice cream at Bruster’s is consistently excellent. The flavors are great, the quality is high, and when you actually get served, it’s a great experience. Unfortunately, the customer service has been disappointing on more than one occasion. Most recently, we arrived a few minutes before closing, but the service windows were already shut. There were six employees inside, yet no one seemed interested in serving customers who arrived before the posted closing time.
