Husband went drive thru,ordered banana split and only got 1 scoop of ice cream , ordered me 2 scoop sundae but got 2 scoops of ice cream and some hot fudge. Go to dairy queen!!

Worst experience ever! I have been a customer since this location opened. I ordered 2 quarts. One half and half. First the employee didn’t have a clue what a quart was. Offered me a sundae size container, then a pint. Finally I had to tell him to ask one of his coworkers. He also didn’t understand what half and half was. I had to specifically explain what he needed to do. The quarts were very lightly packed (could have gotten more scoops) and didn’t write on top what was inside. RecommendedBest ice cream ever! Staff is outstanding!!! Every town has signature restaurants. Whenever our relatives come into town from out of state, the first place they want to go to is Bruster’s!! Keep up the great work!

always been a fan until 9/10 tablespoon serving-seriously even my child complained it was too small. hopefull that was an individual staff problem
Pretty good ice cream. We weren’t blown away. A tad expensive for what it is. Also, we had no idea there wasn’t indoor seating. Nothing on the site indicated this, so we were surprised. I would recommend but it’s not somewhere I’d make a special visit to.
