We love Bruster's! Good ice cream, good service, good location!
Worst service ever. I will never return. Arrived at around 6:08 pm and didn't leave until about 6:45 pm. There were seven workers and four order windows. There was only three people in front of me and they were all being waited on at three of the windows. I was next in line.The fourth window had a boy standing there but he would not open it and he was not helping the other workers.
