Worst experience ever! I have been a customer since this location opened. I ordered 2 quarts. One half and half. First the employee didn’t have a clue what a quart was. Offered me a sundae size container, then a pint. Finally I had to tell him to ask one of his coworkers. He also didn’t understand what half and half was. I had to specifically explain what he needed to do. The quarts were very lightly packed (could have gotten more scoops) and didn’t write on top what was inside. Prices are high but portions are now tiny! Bad combination. I remember when you could barely eat a Bruster's single cone it was so much ice cream. Now it's a bite or 2 & gone. Not a good value.
