I have been going to this location for almost 5 years. I agree with previous reviewers about the fact that there is no consistency in service, punch cards or pints/quarts. I have had very good service and also poor experiences in which the employees did not know what they were out of or acted like they did not want to be there. It seems no one knows how the free item works on the punch cards. I never know whether I will get charged for 2 pints or a quart when I order 2. Went to get some ice cream tonight and was disappointed to see they were out of Strawberry Shortcake. So I went to order something else and the guy that took my order didnt say anything about the flavor being out. When I get up to the window to pay he proceeds to tell me that they have been out of it for a few minutes and he is sorry he didnt tell me. You need to teach your employees communication because I dont have the menu memorized and didnt want to be the person holding up the line while I made a new decision. I just pa... read more
Great ice cream....kinda slow for so many people behind the counter and not many in line... our first time there, we didn't know anything about a punch card either and don't recall seeing it advertised but may have missed it..

The ice cream is great! My husband and I prefer the Pelham rd location to any other in Greenville county but lately the employees working there have really been messing up. Either not giving out correct flavors ordered or when it comes to the punch cards, it depends On who's at the drive thru on when we are able to redeem our 10th (free ice cream) I think they need better training because it's always different each time. We still will Continue to visit because we love ice cream.
