HORRIBLE Customer Service! Will never go back
Unfortunately this was not our typical experience at Bruster's. The portions were extremely small. Purple dinosaur ice cream with only vanilla ice cream with purple food dye... disappointing. And this is the second time we've been to a Bruster's in Kentucky where they did not have chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream.
I tried this place again after two years against my better judgement due to the kids wanting ice cream and the scoops are the size of two tablespoons and their customer service is awful! Just reaffirmed why I don’t come here and never will again!
What happened to the hand made waffle cones last time i got this horrible generic factory made cone!

Hands down , the BEST ice cream and Awesome Banana Split! Great Customer Service with Special Recognition to Kennedy, who always remembers us when we visit.
I stopped when traveling in Kentucky, I had the BEST birthday 🎂 cake ice cream 🍨 EVER. It tasted like my mom’s homemade cakes when I was a kid ❤️ 😊 It was a pleasant atmosphere outside and there was someone there ready to attentively help me. She even asked if I wanted sprinkles on top! 🤩
